Because our products consist of digital educational content, access to your purchased course is granted immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been provided.

By purchasing any course from Kurso.ph, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the course description and understand what you are purchasing.

  • You are purchasing digital educational content that becomes accessible immediately after payment.

  • Your purchase includes the access period advertised at the time of purchase (including Lifetime Access, where applicable, as defined in our Terms of Service).

  • All sales are final and non-refundable once course access has been granted, regardless of whether you access, complete, or finish the course.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same course more than once using the same account, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or apply the duplicate payment as store credit after verifying the transaction.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased course due to a technical issue on our platform, please contact us at support@kurso.ph. We will make reasonable efforts to restore your access as quickly as possible.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have any concerns about your purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can assist you. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without a valid legal basis may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account while the matter is being investigated.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. Where a refund is required by applicable law, Kurso.ph will comply with those legal obligations.
