1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using Kurso.ph ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or access courses through Kurso.ph.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Course License and Lifetime Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course for your personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a course grants you a license to access the content—it does not transfer ownership of the course or any intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated, courses are sold with Lifetime Access. For the purposes of these Terms, "Lifetime Access" means access for the lifetime of the Kurso.ph platform and the continued availability of the specific course, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

Lifetime Access remains available for as long as Kurso.ph continues to operate the Platform and make the course available. If Kurso.ph permanently ceases operations, discontinues the Platform, or permanently removes a course for business, legal, or technical reasons, Lifetime Access shall be deemed to have reached its end, and no refunds, credits, or compensation shall be be owed unless required by applicable law.

Kurso.ph reserves the right to update, improve, modify, replace, or discontinue any course content at its sole discretion to maintain the quality and relevance of its educational materials.

Access may also be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share or sell your login credentials.

• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account.

• Record, copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, or publicly display course materials without written permission.

• Upload course materials to file-sharing websites, social media, AI training platforms, or other online services.

• Reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the Platform.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, lessons, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, downloadable resources, templates, worksheets, and other materials are owned by Kurso.ph or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is required before course access is granted.

8. Refund Policy

Because our products consist of digital educational content that becomes immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a separate written guarantee.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without a valid legal basis may result in suspension or termination of your account while the matter is under review.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Kurso.ph provides educational and informational content only.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, medical, or other professional advice.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.

10. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary.

We do not guarantee that you will obtain employment, clients, income, profits, business success, certifications, or any specific outcome from using our courses.

Testimonials and case studies are examples only and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

11. Availability of the Platform

While we strive to keep the Platform available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kurso.ph and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraud, abuse, piracy, or conduct that may harm Kurso.ph or other users.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

16. Force Majeure

Kurso.ph shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the appropriate courts located in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kurso.ph regarding your use of the Platform.
